1. Service Cancellations
You may cancel a service booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a partial or no refund, depending on the nature of the booking.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
Service was not delivered as agreed or was canceled by us.
Customer reported a genuine issue within 48 hours of service delivery.
Payment was made in advance and the service could not be fulfilled.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Missed appointments due to customer unavailability.
Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours).
Services already rendered or completed in full.
